All our cakes are made to order and made with real, seasonal fruit — so colours and flavours can vary slightly. That’s the natural charm, but we do our best to get it as close as possible!
Orders must be placed 5 days before prior to pick up. If you have a an event sooner, please contact us and we will do our best to accomodate your request.
Our cakes can safely travel for up to 20 -30 minutes from pick up to freezer. On hot days, use your best judgement and keep the trip quick! If you need a little extra time, bring a cooler bag or esky.
Please note: these cakes come undecorated, as toppings like flowers don’t hold well in the freezer. When you’re ready to serve, simply remove the cake from the freezer 15 – 20 mins before serving, decorate as you like, and it’s good to go. Always use a hot, sharp knife and wipe off any excess water between cuts to avoid ice crystals forming on the cake.
