All our cakes are made to order and made with real, seasonal fruit — so colours and flavours can vary slightly. That’s the natural charm, but we do our best to get it as close as possible!
Orders must be placed 5 days before prior to pick up. If you have an event sooner, please contact us and we will do our best to accomodate your request.
Our cakes can safely travel for up to 20 – 30 minutes from store to freezer. On hot days, use your best judgement and keep the trip quick! If you need a little extra time, bring a cooler bag or esky.
Please note: these cakes come undecorated, as toppings like flowers don’t hold well in the freezer. When you’re ready to serve, simply remove the cake from the freezer 15 – 20 mins before serving, decorate as you like, and it’s good to go. Always use a hot, sharp knife and wipe off any excess water between cuts to avoid ice crystals forming on the cake.
